FAQ
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests made prior to the start of the program, a $10 processing fee will be deducted. Payments made directly to your child’s school are subject to the school’s refund policy. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed by the child.
+When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of registration. We accept checks or credit cards (over the phone, on the registration form, or through our on-line registration system).
+What is your class cancellation policy?
We will follow the inclement weather and school closure policy of the school district in which we are instructing. We will attempt to schedule a make-up class, provided the cancelled class takes place at least one week before the start of the next program.
+Can I choose a program not at my child's school?
All in-person programs are subject to school regulations. Programs at public schools are usually open to those in the surrounding community even if their child does not attend the school.
+How many students are in a class?
Our typical class size is 10-20 students per instructor for in-person programming. (Sizes will vary according to current guidelines and restrictions). Virtual programs may be larger. Larger virtual programs will include an additional instructor.
+What's a waiting list?
If registration has filled at your child's school, your child may be placed on a waiting list. If space becomes available, we will contact you via email and let you know that you can register.
+Will the students be divided by grade?
The nature of our programs allows for grades K-6 to participate in the same classroom with one instructor. If we have multiple classes at one school, we may divide them by grade. But in most schools, the grades are mixed.
