FAQ
Can I sign my child up for more than one camp?
Yes, in fact, we encourage it! Each program is completely different, so your child can enjoy them all without repeating activities!
+Who are the Crayola® Imagine Arts Academy™ camp instructors?
Our instructors tend to be artists, college students pursuing an education or art degree, former/retired teachers, or teachers on summer break. All of our instructors have experience working with large groups of elementary-aged children and have undergone an extensive background check.
+What precautions are being taken for in-person camps?
The health and safety of our campers and staff is always our top priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting the number of students in our programs to ensure social distance, doing a temperature check and general screening for everyone upon arrival, and increasing sanitation measures throughout the day.
+For in-person camps, do you provide lunch and snacks?
No, we ask that you provide your child with a lunch, as well as a morning snack, an afternoon snack, and a cup labelled with their name.
+What should I expect from a virtual camp?
Our virtual camps feature the same projects as our in-person camps, except your child can attend from anywhere! Materials delivery is included direct to your door within the Denver area, allowing your child to sign into a secure live stream and create with us in real time! Your student can ask questions, share ideas, and show off their creations!
+What is your refund policy?
We make all decisions regarding camp cancellation at least one week before the start of camp and will inform you as soon as we reach this decision. A refund or option to transfer to another camp week will be offered. Cancellations communicated to us 2 weeks in advance receive a refund less a $50 service charge. You may switch camps at any time.
